The PD works with the FEMS Physician Medical Director, the FEMS Program Committee, and KCE leadership in establishing short-term and long-term FEMS academic initiatives. These initiatives are developed in accordance with the KCE FEMS learning and business models as well as related FEMS accredited organizational standards and relevant FEMS academic bodies of knowledge.
